Community Managers introduced to Tibia

A new type of character has been introduced to Tibia. Cipsoft have introduced Community Managers that will be used by Ciposoft's customer support. It is said that Community Managers (CM's) have several added abilities which will aid them when investigating into reported cases and to help analyses bugs.

It is thought that the new powers that Customer Manager characters posses are to help catch players that use tibia cheats. Games Masters are struggling to catch players that use cavebots, macro rune makers and combo sd's due to the advanced alarm systems some of these bots have. If a player is to bot away from keyboard and a GM appears - the alarm simply sounds and the player can run to his computer to talk to the GM - as if never afk.

There has been a giant increase of players using cheats and tibia bots to play tibia over the last year. Bots with features that auto hunt (cave bots) are becoming a big problem in Tibia as players are sleeping whilst their character hunts and getting level 100 in no time at all. Players are also using a tibia MC (multi client) in order to have more than one rune maker online.
