Another new milestone has been reached in the lands of Tibia. The famous 'low level' Sonek from tibia server Secura has advanced from magic level 89 to magic level 90.

Sonek is the first player to reach magic level 90 in the whole of Tibia.  On behalf of Tibialand.com I would like to congratulate him for this great achievement.

Good news for TibiaME players, on Tuesday the 22nd of may 2007 Cipsoft released an update which includes new areas, monsters and features.

You can now travel to Lybera which contains beautiful beaches - however we doubt it is your usual sea side resort.  Vargos is the other new area which is apparently a very dangerous place with new strong monsters.

I found a similar thread on the tibia forums so I thought I would ask the people here.

Which monster do you hate the most? Which monster really annoys you and spoils your hunts? Which monster causes the most waste of your runes and mana?

The monster which I hate most is the Scorpion. I am almost always poisoned by them and it takes so much hp away if I don't use exana pox.

Kicks and lags are yet again a prime problem on the lands of tibia.  The problems are apparently being caused by excessive floods and kicks.  I can't help but think this this is due to tibia bot and cheat creators testing some of their tools against the servers.

I was just looking at some of the old tibia screenshots. Some of them look way cool it makes me wish i played tibia back then! Although sometimes i wonder what the gameplay was like lol. Tibia is so different now but I think 7.8 was the best.

I found this picture of a giant snowman some cool players made on the ground. It made me wonder how on earth did they get all those snowballs? Were they easy to get back then or is this picture not legit?


Does anyone know if this picture is real? It's cool none the less.

We have made two changes to the tibia land forum.  The most important is the Spell Check feature. This will allow you to spell check your posts before you send them.
I hope that this tool will be usefull for the members who don't speak english as their first language and that it will also help keep a high level of grammar throughout the forums.

I am from England and even I have to use it occasionally ;)

The second is that I have updated the theme of the Forums.  It is still clean and simple but a little easier on the eyes.

Since Taplop made a post on the forums about a level 170+ getting deleted I thought it would be fun to create a list of all the high levels (150+) that have been deleted in Tibia. Please post your input so we can make the list big!

Who said demons were for high levels to hunt? Let alone hunt solo.  I found this video of Dread Elder in the demon parchment room and I was very impressed.

Although he ran up the stairs at one point and finished the demon off in the second round I thought he did a great job.

Some level 59's find it difficult to solo dragons let alone a demon!

Roshar, a level 171 Master Sorcerer has been bannished until deletion, due to excessive unjustified player killing.

It is yet unknown how and why Roshar recieverd this deletion.  He might have been hacked, pressed a wrong hotkey(ue) or just didn't keep track of the amount of unjustified frags he had made in the Aldora war.

It seams more and more players are getting deleted in tibia lately, it seams a shame to lose all the hard work put into leveling in an instant.

Does anyone know why Roshar was deleted?

I would like to know your opinions on players that cheat in tibia by using bots.

Do you have anything against them? Do you hate them with great passion?

Me personally, I don't mind players that use bots as it is only a game.

What are your thoughts? Do you use them?

I would like to know what type of server you play and most importantly why you think it is best?

I have always played PVP because of the wars and having the power to kill someone that has annoyed me.  I like the idea of PVP enforced as there has to be alot of player versus player combatting going on.

What do you think is good about the type of server you play and what do you think is bad? What makes it fun? What annoys you about it? Why is it better than other types?
